The World needs dreamers and the World needs doers but above all the World needs dreamers who do
What is this program about?
Learning by doing and practicing in real life projects globally around these topics:
New Ventures & StartUps - Venture Capital - M&A - IPO - Business Strategy & Business Development - Research & Analysis
· Technologies & Verticals
AI & Machine Learning - IoT - AR/MR - Wearables - Telecom - Aerospace - Encryption & Security - New interface technologies
How long is the program?
Its a 2-6 month long opt-in rolling fellowship, discretional, we can work with flexible scheduling on assignments towards completion. It's up to you how much experience you want to gather and that's what will be reflected in the certification.
Can the fellowship program be done remotely?
Yes, certainly, we welcome diversity and we are eager to work with people all over the world. No physical presence required.
Also do you sponsor visas?
Not as part of this fellowship, but this could be certainly an option for real job assignments afterwards.
How much does it cost?
The program is free to candidates upon qualifying. Upon completion graduates get a Fellowship Certificate reflective of their learnings, achievements and experience gathered. On top of grossing up candidates resumes, we become a referral in their professional careers moving forward.
Bay Area is expensive, do you offer any stipend or living accommodations?
At this point we don't offer any assistance, there are future plans to do so but this is still not available for this Fellowship
How is this program different from other programs?
The fellows work on actual industry projects and real business cases. These projects span multiple months and the fellows have an opportunity to interact directly with the sponsors, customers, partners and start up ecosystem. The goal is to deliver practical solutions. There is also recurrent interaction with Naiss advisors & mentors and we get industry visitors from Silicon Valley who share their experience with the fellows.
Who are the key mentors & advisors for this program?
That would be 'us', the partners at Naiss as well as other senior advisors we work with at Singularity University and Berkeley.

What happens to fellows after they graduate? What jobs do they get.
Our fellows get exposure to 1st tier corporations, early stage companies , Silicon Valley VCs & accelerators, investors, top notch Universities and cool start ups from US and abroad.
Where do you get the projects and do I have a choice in picking the projects?
We get projects from our partners and network in the different industries as well as through our affiliations with Singularity University, Berkeley, The French Tech hub, Plug'n'Play and others. We also develop in house prospects and projects around our portfolio of start-ups. The projects are primarily focused on business strategy, business development, consulting, VC, IPO readiness and M&A. In general fellows have to be comfortable with working in different domains and across disciplines and be ready to roam between practices to accomplish real life objectives.
What does the day-to-day look like?
We have daily or weekly scrums, and we are very diligent about it as long as they involved real world projects and customers. We have internal slack channels, shared github repos and trello boards. We have a weekly retrospective and iteration planning.
We use Asana, Trello, Slack, Medium, LinkedIN, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and any other possible tool out there to secure instant communications to get the job done.
